Privacy policy

• Contact details you give us: name, email and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number;
• Everything you share in your brief: business details, content, files and platform access instructions;
• Payment details, collected and processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

To deliver your order, contact you about it, send your receipt and handle refunds, and to measure how well our ads work (see below). We never sell your data.

Only the providers we need to run Bloom: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), our email provider and Meta (ad measurement). Each processes data on our behalf.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to know which ads lead to visits, checkouts and orders. They rely on cookies and on technical data such as your browser and IP address. When you place an order, we also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and name, plus the order value, so Meta can match the order to an ad without receiving your details in plain text.

We also measure, on our own servers and without any third-party tool, how long visitors stay on our pages and how far they scroll, so we can improve them. This data is not linked to your name.

You can limit this at any time with your browser’s cookie settings or an ad blocker, and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. To opt out of the sharing of your order data, email contact@madebybloom.co.

We keep project data for as long as needed to deliver your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
